The Sitryx team of ~50 includes our biology experts generating unique insights into the interplay between the metabolism and function of immune cells and validating biological targets, working in our purpose-built laboratories at Oxford Science Park. Our department of highly-experienced senior medicinal chemists progress medicinal chemistry, chemistry, CMC, toxicology and PK activities. Our core competencies also include translational research and in vivo pharmacology, immunology, and clinical research leadership. We are a semi-virtual organisation, working flexibly with a strong network of supporting national and international CROs, collaborators and consultants, enabling access to additional expertise and resources as needed. Our science is pioneering and novel, and our team describes Sitryx colleagues as open, friendly and inspiring.
“Joining Sitryx has given me many opportunities to expand my experience of drug development, with exposure to projects at different points of development and frequent opportunities to interact with the leadership team and learn from their extensive experience. Sitryx is at an exciting stage and being a small company I have close involvement and input into the direction of the science and the organisation. It’s great to be part of a wide variety of conversations from experimental planning through to strategy.”
